Meet Romeo & Juliet, our Pet Center Residents.

Pet Center is a boarding and grooming facility for small animals. It is located directly beside Sifferlin Animal Clinic. It was established in 1993 and is owned and operated by Dr. Sally Sifferlin. 
The staff is knowledgeable, caring and dedicated. They are committed to the happiness and well being of each pet, and they look forward to seeing your pets on a reoccurring basis!

FAQs?

What vaccines are needed for my pet at the Pet Center?

For grooming, all dogs and cats are required to be current on the rabies vaccine. For boarding dogs, the rabies, distemper combo, and kennel cough vaccines are required. For boarding cats, the rabies and distemper vaccines are required.

Do I need to bring my own food while my pet is boarding?

Yes, especially if your pet is on a special or prescribed diet. If you do not, we provide Science Diet food. We also offer snack time, which is seasonal and can be up to 2 times a day.

Do I need to bring bedding for my pet for boarding?

We provide bedding, but bedding from home may help your pet because of familiarity. We also provide steel pans, please bring your own if necessary.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?

For grooming ASAP, there may be up to a 10 week wait for a small dog and 12 week wait for a large dog, so as soon as you get a new pet, call us. For boarding, during the peak times (holidays, and all summer weekends) please call us at least 4-6 weeks in advance, for the other times please call us 1-2 weeks in advance.

For boarding what are the sizes of kennels?

Cat kennels are 5ft x 2 ft. Playtime is available and lasts 1-3 hrs long and allows full room access. Also individual attention is available 1 time a day. 
Dog – small kennels are 10ft x 3ft. Regular kennels are 10ft x 4ft. Extra-large kennels are 10ft x 6ft. 
Dogs: Exercises are 15-30 min, are unleashed and unsupervised (weather dependent) and can be done up to 3 times a day. Playtimes are 10-15 min of individualized attention with kennel technician 1 time a day. 

Can I pick up or drop off my pet for boarding on Sunday?

Yes, hours are between 3:30pm-5pm. Prior arrangements must be made.
